Got interview date, now a few questions

Hi Guys:

We got our interview date, Aug 26th. at 7;15am.

We will go to Guz on the 23,3 days early to get the medical done for the wife and daughter. 3 days early because we have a 11 year old daughter and we were told there is a special injection, TST, that all childeren need and it takes 48 to 72 hours to get the results.

Now some questions:

Where can I find the latest version medical forms? DS-2053, DS-3024, DS-3025, DS-3026

If we get "PINK" how long until we receive the visa's. Will we need to go back to GUZ to pick them up or will they mail them to us in Xiamen?

For those of you that stayed with Mr. Yang, can you give me the info on how to contact him.

My wife lived in Xiamen for >5 years and then moved back to Fuzhou to help family before immigrating to the US. My wife took care of her medical exam in Fuzhou and they sent her passport/visa to us in Fuzhou via EMS in 5 days.
