Helllo, Nice to meet you!

Our hotel address is A805 room, 8th Floor, Tian Yu Garden(¢ò Phase),136-146 Lin He Zhong Road, Tian He District, Guangzhou, China.

The commuication is very convenient. It is 500 meters away from the East Railway Station to our hotel.

We have some types of chambers in our hotel. Such as one bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room, or two bedrooms or three bedrooms.

We offer two choices for you. You can either share the house with others or rent the house on your own. For the first one, the price are as follows:

single bed:110-130 yuan per day

Double bed:130 yuan per day

Standard room with two beds:150 yuan per day

In the second, the price are as follws:

One bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room:180 yuan per day.

Two bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room:260 yuan per day.

Three bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room:330 yuan per day.

The transportation is very convenient. It is only 500 meters from the East Railway Station and the Bus Station to our apartments.

We have a wide selection of apartments catering to your comfort needs. Our one, two or three bedroom apartments all come fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom and a living room.

We offer two choices for your living arrangements; you may either rent a bedroom and share the common areas, or rent an apartment on your own.

The price applies to the first choice as follows:

single bed: 110-130 Yuan per day.

double bed:130 Yuan per day.

the price for a standard room with two beds:150 Yuan per day.

For the second choice as follows:

a one bedroom apartment rents for 180 Yuan per day.

a two bedrooms apartment rents for 260 Yuan per day.

a three bedrooms apartment rents for 330 Yuan per day.

We stayed with at these apartments during our time in Guangzhou. They were very nice. The owner came and picked us up at the train station. The aparment was big, nice and very comfortable. The location is GREAT! For those who haven't been to China or whatever, it is very common here to have businesses on the first few floors and then apartments above that. This apartment is in one of these buildings. But, the great thing is the business below the apartments is the CONSULATE! The morning of the interview we just took the elevator downstairs and walked around the corner. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Because I have many and many guests come here erveryday, I had never charged a fee for assistance with medical exam, if you live my hotel. I help our guests for medical exam with free. I appreciate your reply. However, my wife did call and speak to you personally. Instead of 180rmb for a room, you told her 260RMB. You also told her you ask 250rmb additional for assistance with medical for filling in extra forms she would not have in her P4.

 

I do not understand why you would tell her one thing on the phone and write something different here. Is there some sort of misunderstanding on the phone?

My wife and I have stayed at this location along with many other members and Tgas stayed there last week. They have been more than helpful in assisting people with the process without any charge.

It may be a misunderstanding. I'd like to clear it up if it is. I was on the webcam talking to my step-daughter who was in the same room as my wife when she called Mr. Yang. She didn't believe the medical results could be obtained in one day, so I asked her to call him. She reported back that Mr Yang said they could be expedited for 120RMB and that if she wanted his assistance he would charge 250rmb.

 

Perhaps he has a "rack rate" and a CFL rate for his services and rent. My wife would not have mentioned CFL.
