We got a notice that Li Hong's I-131 is approved. What do we do now?

What do them give her to re-enter the USA or do we just show them the letter?

The actual AP document is the I-512L Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States" form, which "authorizes a transportation line to accept the named bearer on board for travel to the United States".

Yes you need the actual AP document IN-Hand before traveling.

 

They will give you 2 copies, bring both with you when traveling out of the USA, upon re-entry, the POE officer may keep one and stamp the other for future use until you have green-card.

 

Once you have green-card you wont need the AP doc for travel.
