I got a phone call from Sharon at the DOS, whom I talked to last week and whose supervisor I sent a letter to, saying our case was loaded. I also got an email from Linda Donahue's assistant saying the same, as well as telling me not to contact the Consulate through her. Francine(-gg), Bobby and me.... finally crawling out of the pit.
