CR-2 electronic processing

Today we received our GZO number.We have paid all the fees and have the receipts showing fees paid. All the paperwork is done ,all the documents divorce certificates ,police records ect are in hand.In a day or two I will write a cover letter with the new GZO and Have everything made into a PDF . Is the next step just e-mail pdf file to the NVCGUZ...state.gov or do I have to wait for a letter asking for this information. After they receive everything we still will have a P-3 sent to us correct?The document with the fees paid has the old case number on it. Will this will be fine to use?

NOTE: The visa won't be a CR-5, it will be an IR-5 visa, you have been married more than 2 years, and also you should have filed an I-765 by now to remove conditions on Yan's CR-Green-card, if you have not then do it NOW, 12/24 is the deadline for you.
