Hotels near GUZ

My parents will go to GUZ for their interview. Which hotel near GUZ do you recommend?

IF your parents need help in organizing and preparing while in Guangzhou. Or, if your parents need assistance in going to their Medical appointments. I would probably go to the Yangs. Their level of customer service is top-notch! Personality and service-wise you can't find anyone better.

 

However, if you don't need any of that, I would probably stay here:

The Yangs' rooms were more than livable. Jingjing and I both were comfortable, but if you've read my "Off to see the wizard. . ." post, you'll know we've had a few problems.

Our apartment at the Yangs was entered into twice (that we know of) by people who were strangers to us. Please know that the Yangs WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS either. Ultimately, Mrs. Yang, changed the lock on our outer door so we could be guaranteed privacy.

 

The Yangs are extremely honest and helpful. However, if you do not need any assistance, then I would go with the first link listed above. Smokiessky stayed at that place after a short visit with the Yangs, and I saw the rooms. They were very clean and modern more-so than the apartment Jingjing and I stayed in (Yangs). I don't believe the guy who rents these apartments though, is as helpful as Mr. and Mrs. Yang. Smokiessky's room (the first link) and our room over at the Yangs were both 230 RMB/night.

 

It all depends on what you're needing while in Guangzhou.
