dnoblett
Did you call DOS for status and did they not tell you interview date over phone when you found out P-4 was sent October 30? Call DOS and find out what is going on, should not take 2 weeks for P4 to be delivered. 202-663-1225. http://travel.state.gov/about/info/info_308.html#visa Link to comment
Kyle
Oh man, that sucks! Yeah, I'd get on the horn and call DOS. You may want to get on the ems (or what ever shipping site they use) website and log in your tracking number and print that information off as well - just for future reference.http://www.ems.com.cn/qcgzOutQueryAction.d...ode=gotoSearchE On the telephone number above, when the auto dude starts talking hit 1 to shut him up and then 0 to talk to an actual person Edited November 18, 2009 by Kyle (see edit history) Link to comment

Yes - call the consulate. DOS can only access what the consulate enters in the database, and cannot reschedule your interview. Others have done this (called them) - they are MUCH more helpful than GUZ. I'll bet you can re-schedule it very soon. Link to comment
Rahm30
Email the consulate, they will re-schedule the interview. I understand about the mail, it took my husband 10 days before he got packet 4. I found out about his interview because I emailed them after he sent packet 3 back and just asked them if it had been scheduled yet and they sent me an email with his packet 4 info stating it had. They are quick to answer your email about 3 days. Link to comment

Not sure about HK not much posted about medical in HK. I would do med today or tomorrow and ask and if needed ask about expedite. benc
So here is my Final update I hope. After being denied the K1, K3, CR-1/ IR -1. File for a I-601 and finally got approve a few days ago. This has been a very, very long journey. 1st off, i try to obtain Laurel Scott to file my I-601, but after reviewing my case, she determin that my success rate is about 20-25% chance of approval. So she did not take my case, but she refer me to another I-601 lawyer that worked with her before. So what's next after I-601 approval ? Who knows.. i hope not another round of USCIS Games. tsap seui
I remember your troubles from before, as well as RAHM's. I hope things work out now for you guys. It took us 4 years and 10 months or so, so I can empathize with you about the time. I forgot what a 601 is but success with any single step of State Department crap is a step forward. Good luck to a successful final conclusion Ben. I look forward to hearing that everything is finished on your visa journey. tsap seui Link to comment
