3timescharm Posted November 13, 2009 Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 Robert, I called DOS about 4 days after NVC out and found that the P3 for us had already been sent. Our problem was that it was delivered to her Fathers house and she did not answer the call when he called to tell her it was there....so we did not know for a week and a half . Iwould call tomorrow and just see. when you dial you do not have to listen to all the talk...when they answer just hit 1 and then 0 that will put you to a person. they will ask for your GUZ case number and then after about 15 seconds they will ask for you SO name and then yours.....then they will give you what info they have.
