Do they send the Chinese form with the english???? or do we have to download them? Also...I read that the DS-156 is an electronic form????does she need to fill this out online and print 2 copies or just fill out what is sent in the packet?? dnoblett Posted November 13, 2009 Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 Can do either the online form or the paper form, the online form generates a neatly filled out DS-156 form and a special barcode on page 3 that the VO can scan and all data on the form will be electronically entered for them into the system Typically the Chinese or foreign language version is provided my many consulates so that the applicant will understand what each line on the english version of the form says.
