THis is what I have so far: Letter from employerpaycheck stubsletter from bankI-134more chats and emailsNotorized letters explaining my divorces She already has my last 3 years tax transcriptsShe already has over 100 pictures of us togeter plus other evidenceShe already has detailed EOR Do I need to send copies of Divorce degree's.......they were send with I-129f? There was a couple that got a blue slip on the same day of our interview because they didnt have copy of divorce decree. Sam and Fen other recommendations are good too. I would include those. david_dawei Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 Divorce degree's That's one of the best Freudian Slips I've seen here The bank letter is probably overkill with all the other stuff. just make sure she is comfort retrieving whatever financial is asked for. so maybe order in most likely request (IMO: I-134, taxes, employer letter, bank letter)... or put in a folder to hand over regardless of which one is asked for. Was an EOR or letter explaining divorces submitted with the petition? Rarely asked to see one at an interview, but if you've done them then just set the expectation that it's always possible they ask for something specific even thought she has sometime like what they want. Anything previously submitted could technically be asked for... it's not often, but it remains as a worthwhile 'extra' folder to have on hand. Link to comment
