piza
Hi folks, we've got a K1 interview coming up and I had a couple of questions about the tax forms I need to send in along with the I-134. Can I use duplicates of what I filed along with W2 copies? Does each form need to be signed? Notarized? Between me and my sponsors there are about 20 signatures buried in all of the forms, can I just include an FC-029 or something along those lines to verify the forms with one signature? I've read about getting transcripts from the IRS, but I'd like to mail off these forms as soon as possible, so I'd like to avoid waiting the extra week or so to get them from the IRS if possible. Any insight on this topic would be much appreciated, thanks! Link to comment
dnoblett
Nothing needs notarization. Since January the NEW I-134 also does not need to be notarized, signing the I-134 has the affect that anything attached (Tax Returns) to the I-134 is true and accuracy under penalty of perjury. FC-029 not needed. Link to comment
