dnoblett
should we send the DS-230 part 2 and 2 passport size pics? is EMS lable needed?Just the DS-230 Part 1 and OF-169 is needed to be returned to consulate. Everything else is brought to the consulate for interview, typically bring everything to medical center, they will organize it and place it in the medical packet. Link to comment
mikepellicore
Dan are you sure about this? The Procedures changed in Oct. 08. I am not sure of all the changes, but the ORIGINAL docs are sent to the NVC, and I think the Medical people do not touch the docs anymore. mikepellicore
The OF-169 is only used for K-visas, and the docs are submitted to the consulate the day of the interview. DS230 part 1 signed, and part 2 unsigned are both sent to the NVC with all the ORIGINAL docs for IR/CR visas. Mike & YizhenYep, just have part 2 handy for the interview just in case they want it. I was thinking K-Visa. Link to comment
