Because of the new online payment center, there is confusion about the Submission of the DS-230 and Civil Documents to the NVC for GUZ Beneficiaries. When directed to the GUZ Specific Instructions by the NVC website, the only document mentioned is the New(Rev: 09/2008) Packet 3 Supplemental Information Sheet. Has the proceedure been changed? or have the Beneficiaries at GUZ been left out? Are there different instructions for GUZ document submission? Whether they are new or different than in the past or the same, could they be made clearer to people looking for instructions. Thanks, All IR-1 petitioners.
