stacato
It's time for us to file the I -751 for my wife and step son, who just turned 18 a few month ago. Do we need to file for him separately, and do we need to pay for him separately. I would imagine that We'll have to pay for his biometrics regardless, but what about the $465.00 fee? If we do have to file for him separately, can we send both petitions in the same envelope with the same evidence, or does that have to be separate as well? I get conflicting answers at visa journey and not sure what to do. Link to comment

LeeFisher3
How closely are their green card expiration dates? I believe if they are more than 3 months appart they can not be on the same I-751. Link to comment
