Does the DS-230 need to go to the hospital?

Recommended Posts

Nothing goes with the DS-156K.. it stands on it's own... just ignore the comments...

Just follow the list you originally quoted as to the necessary forms for the medical...

Okay. That's what I was leaning toward, but I wanted a little reaffirmation from someone more experienced than I.

Thanks!

As for evidence of engagement, just include an updated letters of intent like you sent USCIS with the I-129F. Just change the address part to address the consulate instead of USCIS.

Cool - that's what I figured.

By the way, which address for GUZ should I use on the new Letter of Intent?

with the letter of intent do we just bring it with us to the interview and give it to the VO if they ask for it?

Bring to medical for inclusion into the packet, or to the interview.
