Email to the Consulate

While though this is my first post in the Candle for Love forum, I have been very busy reading past posts, and the question i have for you I feel is very general in nature and of considerable interest to many people who post here.

 

My question to you is, when people send email to the consulate and ask specific questions regarding their case, why are the questions never answered to address the specific questions asked? It seems the replies to the email sent to the consulate are very vague and highly generic in content. If a person sends to the consulate questions that are case specific, personal in nature, then why does the answering Visa Officer or whoever answers the email not reply in a like manner?
