So if I read this right, once you've been in FBI namecheck for 180 days, your application is automatically granted?

 

I'll let you know what happens to us on Fridayat our InfoPass.

 

I will be taking the revised document, Interoffice Memorandum http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/DOC017.PDF , with us.

 

I guess if you have a case that's overdue, you may want to

bring it to someone's attention.
