mikepellicore
Hello, I have just returned from a month in China, Yizhen and I registered our Marriage in Nanning on Oct. 28. I took all the papers I thought that we would need to begin this journey and we signed them, many copies! I returned home and filed them the next day after careful review. I received confirmation of delivery from the USPS, in 58 hours. Now the waiting begins. I would like to know how to start the time line process, I can't seem to find anywhere to enter the information, or to even register the timeline. Please help me, I want to be able to help others, if possible, in the future. When I first came here I was looking for a lawyer, but you (everyone here) made me feel that I would be able to do this on my own with a little effort. Thanks for the help, Mike & Zhen Link to comment
C4Racer
Mike, Welcome to CFL. Yeah, as long as your situation/application is normal you'll have no problems. It is only for extenuating circumstances you need a lawyer. Congrats on the marriage. Good luck with your new adventure. Did you enjoy China? (like why did I even ask that one?) He was with his lady.Let me guess leaving was the hardest thing you've ever done. We've all been there, done that and yes it get's better. There is light at the end of this tunnel somewhere, in about ten months or so.
