Note: This is only good if your medical exam in China prior to the K-interview is less than a year old.

I was told that for the initial AOS request no medical examination was required. They only asked for a photocopy the the Immunization Documents given to them at their Chinese medical examination. They told me that they may require a medical examination prior to their appointment in 2 years.

The K1 medical did not require vaccinations, just a Medical Exam....

That is a fact,,,

As far as supplemental vaccs form I-693, it is confusing.. It does say on I-485 that supplemental form must be provided with the AOS
