tonado
Big kitchen sink. Looks good. Maybe an updated I-134/I-864. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...om&page=k3guide Link to comment
yuehan123
I suppose if I ask, somebody will answer. Does she need an affidavit of support at the interview? An original, signed and notorized? Try to picture your wife, standing before the VO, and what she will do when the VO asks her for something. My guess is she will be nervous, forget where everything is and then not find anything. Try to help her simplify by separating the stuff GUZ requires from the 'I might need this for an overcome...' stuff. How good is her English? My wife had passable English at interview time, yet didn't have a clue what most of the papers were. Link to comment
Lowen/Zhang
#32 is the I-134 and a personally written statement both notarized. Link to comment
Lowen/Zhang
I have seperated everything in large brown envelopes and written what is contained in each. Her English is pretty good. I have instructed her to take each envelope and re-write on the envelope what it is in Chinese character writing. And of course to look through the papers without mixing them up. Edited June 15, 2006 by Lowen/Zhang (see edit history) Link to comment
ameriken
Heres the kicker: after 60 seconds and two or three questions not pertaining to the evidence she brought, you and she may feel like you have been cheated.......you have all that evidence and no one asked to see it? Its a strange feeling to be so ready to present a case and tell a story and then pass without really getting to tell it or show all that evidence! Link to comment
Lowen/Zhang
So true but.............If she passes without getting to tell the story or show all the papers it was still worth it to me! Link to comment

So, you are taking the best approach. Link to comment
stacato
I posted in the past about proof of sending money to wife in China, and was told on this board that it is not a good idea because it may suggests a one way fraud situation (Her milking me for money)... members here advised me not to mention this. Lowen/Zhang
That can always be removed and use for overcome evidence if needed. Thanks for that! Link to comment
