Question filling out I-130

Hey everyone,

 

I always appreciate everyones help. Question I have is regarding the I-130 form, they have the form divided in two B for my information and C for my relative. So does questions 13 thru 16 on the C. information about relative all pertain to my SO? Then section C, question 17 asks to list husband or wife should I put my name in there? or are they just asking for previous spouces? One last question should I send copies of my divorce with the I-130 or just give names and dates of ex spouse?

Yes.. 13-16 (on the right side) are for your SO (alien relative)...

 

Yes, for 17, you put your name.

 

Yes, both sides include divorce [final] decrees
