LanBa Posted January 17, 2006 Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 I would call the Secretary Of State's office in Minnesota and find out how they certify or authenticate the single certificate. In Massachusetts, you could either go directly to their office or mail it to them and they would mail it back. Link to comment
