comebackkit Posted January 10, 2006 Report Share Posted January 10, 2006 my wife has k3 visa, and she is planning to depart from hong kong. since K3 is a non-immigrant visa, do she need to show round trip air ticket when she enter hong kong as a prove that she is not going to stay there? any advise would help, thanks! My thoughts are we are just passing threw Hong Kong. I just bought tickets from Hong Kong and don't expect to prove anything to anybody. The visas our wives have is all that is needed.
