You can get through on the DoS number if you wait long enough. But you'll probably get someone who is no help like I did this morning. I argued with her, but it did no good. All I wanted to know was whether Guangzhou had received the clearance. I finally got a call this afternoon stating GZ received our clearance on 2/13. This was great news! But I'm not going to celebrate too much before we see the pickup letter. It seems that they are taking their time with some of them. Link to comment
