Where is my NOA 1

Hi all,

 

I sent my I 130 petition to CSC on 11/16, and still no NOA 1, they haven't cashed my check either. Shouls I be freaking out yet?

I wondered the same thing. It took about three weeks. I sent mine on 10/22 and they received it and processed it on 11/7 and I received the NOA in the mail on 11/12. I'd give it one or two more weeks. Have all the 129F stuff ready to roll, so as soon as you have the NOA1 you can fire off that 129F and get both horses in the race. (unless you opted for CR-1 vs. K-3).

I can't help noticing our timelines are real close. We met online 5/3; I married on 9/28. I sent my 130 in a little sooner (10/22) but it will be interesting to see how the timelines progress...

Yeah it isnt a fast or a fun ride. It's like driving an electric cart with four flat tires in a circle in a room with white walls.
