DOS

Yesterday I faxed GUZ my SO's chinese address. Today I called the DOS to see if maybe they would know if the fax was received. Wasn't sure if maybe it would be noted in a computer or not, so I took the chance to call. The lady on the phone was nearly yelling at me before I even had a chance to explain why I called. She raised her voice so high I had to move the phone from my ear. She said GUZ just received our case electronically on 28th. I came so close to telling her what I thought about her attitude, but then decided I would be better off just saying thank you and goodbye. That's all I need is some DOS employee pissed off at me. Obviously someone who hates her job and is taking it out on people who call for help.
