Patrick & Li
Does anybody know who i need to contact to let them know we have moved to a new address? Our AOS is still waiting for interview, and I haven't heard anything from them in at least 6 months. K3 will expire in June, If AOS doesnt come soon, then we will have to apply for an extension at the 90 day mark. Patrick & Li Link to comment

tywy_99
Patrick, Your wife doesn't need an extension on th K3 as long as she isn't planning to fly to China any time soon. The NOA1 receipt notice on the I-485 puts your wife in a pending status until the regisrtation card is assigned. If Li plans on going to China before receiving the registration card, then a K3 extension will be needed. Does anybody know who i need to contact to let them know we have moved to a new address? You, the sponser, needs to send in an I-865 change of address form. It can found and printed from the USCIS website. For your wife you need to send in an AR-11 change of address form. This too can be printed from the USCIS website.Make sure to see where the forms need to be mailed. A new home? Maybe a home at Myrtle Beach? (hey Don! we need a surfer dude emoticon.).............B) Edited November 30, 2005 by tywy_99 (see edit history) Link to comment
