Cody
I was looking at the required documentation for the I-765, and they ask for a copy of "your last EAD (front and back)". My wife came on a K-1 visa, and never applied for an EAD before. Has anyone faced the same issue? If so, did you send the I-765 without a copy of your last EAD? Also, from what I read, they want a copies of the I-94, passport photos, I-485 receipt notice, and $175 money order. Am I missing anything? Link to comment
Guest Gene
The copy of old EAD's is for renewal's. They won't expect it for a new application. You don't need/or have the I-485 reciept number if your sending them all in together. Link to comment
tywy_99
See if you can E-file the I-765 at the USCIS web. I'm not sure how it would work for first time applcants but it worked like a charm for renewal! No fuss! No muss!......Try it! Link to comment
