DS-230 packet - Gz

It is time to send in the DS-230 packet. Ahead of receipt of mailed packet.

At this time my current list is comprised of the following documents.

1) DS230 part I, completed and signed.

2) DS230 part II, completed (not signed)

3) Cover sheet for DS230, completed

4) My Wifes biographical information (G-325 ?)

 

Anyone who knows the previous to be in error, please let me know.

Also, anyone who knows of other documents needed for the DS230 packet (for GZ interview), please .... ?

Can you tell us a bit more. Are you talking about the packet received from the National Visa Center (NVC) sent to CR/IR-1 immigrant applicants or the Packet 3 sent from Guangzhou (GZ) to K visa applicants?

What type of visa? Did GZ mail the package?

The visa is CR-1. The DS-203 has not been generated yet. I want to have my wife complete the needed forms and mail to me. I will mail them to NVC as soon as the DS-230 is generated.

 

I also can not find a downloadable OF-169.

It has nnot been generated yet, but I want to have everything completed when it is.

The OF-169 may have been replaced by the DS-2001. I can't confirm this, but here's a link to a more or less generic DS-2001: http://elsalvador.usembassy.gov/consular/docs/DS-2001.pdf

I had read the same about the replacement.. but appears that GUZ still sends out the OF-169 (as of my P3)...
