K-3, What about a green card?

Yes I am trying to look ahead,can my wife get a green card on a K-3 visa and also can she get a SSN too?please let me know if there is a web site for this.thank you much.

Assuming your wife comes to the US on a K-3 rather than the CR-1, she will have to apply for adjustment of status in order to get a green card.

 

Except in very limited circumstances, a K-3 visa holder will need an EAD (employment authorization document) before he/she can get a "valid for employment" SS card.
