Yes my wife has a 12 year old and she was listed on the I-129F but does the child fill the DS-230 out and sign it or the mother? I know one for each person.I would like so help on this part of the visa journey,please.

I guess it don't really matter but being a serious matter as it is, the mom should fill it out for her child. The child can sign it, sure.

My qizi did her daughters form(s).

Doesn't matter who fills it out, but it needs to be accurate. I suggest your SO handle this and have the child sign it.

have your SO complete the form and the child should sign, but remember, only do part one of the DS-230
