Thanks for the help147760[/snapback]9FAM states the K# visa cannot be required to give the I-864.. you can either send them an email stating your understanding of this, and reference it.. ask again for clarification, etc... In the end, whatever they insist on I would bring... I would personally be inclined to bring both if they stuck by the I-864 comment. Since the person who does the interview may not be the person responding to you in email. If the interviewer then tells you he cannot take it (I-864), your stuck (if you only brought that one). And your SO will say your a genius if she can then pull out the (I-134). Take your pick... Link to comment
