If not, I need the most recent versions, if someone can scan them... PLEASE !!! I have asked the consulate to re-send the package, and we have not recieved it (they say sent Aug. 11th, and its now Aug. 16 -- and She is in Shenzhen -- normally takes only one day ! ) Link to comment
david_dawei Posted August 17, 2005 Report Share Posted August 17, 2005 As for the medical documents.. I searched USCIS, DOS, VJ, Don's super site, Visa Pro, and one site I have link to... Only my last link has the exam forms.. they agree with what is on the CFL link for Don's area... This does not mean they are up to date. I would have your SO call the hospital and ask if they have the forms.. seems an easy answer and easy solution if "yes". Link to comment
