king
The new visa facility in the Tianhe district of Guangzhou is open for business, but not all services are ready to go. The American CitizensService is doing business. One good thing is citizens and permanent residents can come into the building, air conditioned, and get out of the weather; no more outside lines. More to come as things develop. Link to comment
The Jeff
So is there a lobby that you can wait inside while your SO is having the interview? That would be nice. Link to comment

king
The facility is not yet in full swing,so I can't answer those questions very well yet. There will be 2 coffee shops and a coffee cart in the building. There is a large lobby for the building, but no seating, this is on the 1st floor. Link to comment
