Form 325A City field

Hi All,

 

Well, here is my first form question. I am filling out form 325A. One field is "City and Country of Birth".

 

I have the following information on my potential SO's birth address:

 

Nayu village,hualan Town,Shangsi county,guangxi

 

My Chinese geography knowledge is lacking. Should I use Nayu or Shangsi as the city for the City of Birth? Or some combination of village, town or county?

On ours I used the City, Province, Country knowing there are other cities with the same name. Just try to be consistent once you decide which way to go.
