VO's names

I found this site that showed pictures and names of VOs in the Shanghai consulate. http://sh.sina.com.cn/20050419/174450375.shtml

If someone wants to take the time and search, they may be able to find the ones in GZ.

I started at the Shanghai Consulate web page and from my Mom-in-law's discription was able to id him. My Senator's office will sent a letter to him personally, asking him to reconsider her tourist visa. Hope it works. And I hope he wonders how I got his name!
