I'd say minimum. If they wind up wanting extra evidence or refuse the visa, you may need at least a couple of days to work it out.

I'm not sure if anyone else is thinking this.. but GZ is not the only place to have the medical exam. I'm thinking of having Zixuan go to BJ to get it.. then it's not tied to the time in GZ...

 

Even if BJ is a couple hundred RMB more (so $30 USD), that's a lot cheaper than three extra days in GZ...
