  1. Syl, good luck in your interview, I am particularly interested in your outcome as I understand you're the other gal around here. The only interview I had heard of is Jacob's (Kim's husband). Please do your best to find out what's going on at GZ, it will definitely affect all of us "in the waiting"..... and this poor people waiting for P4's will have a nervous collapse if they don't hear any news in this next days. Please let us know how it goes, hope to hear the best of news.

  2. It's scary indeed, I had been thinking about this also, and what I'm afraid of is that someone mentioned recently that some of the forms used currently will expire soon, so the process can be delayed in the case the old forms are sent (unless we get someone to post the recent ones for us). Yesterday I received a copy of the NOA2 in the mail, even though my address was correct in the I-129F, VSC missed the last number in the apartment number, I was lucky that my mailman was nice enough to check my mailbox number. Anyway, I think I should ask my lawyer to give me the original she received, as by your posts I had seen it will later be needed for AOS. I would also wait for the case to get to GZ to update the address on it. Good luck.

  3. Clifford, it's really late for me as I am in Eastern time now, but I did not wanted to let this day pass without telling you how happy I am about the news received concerning your case. I now recall you were the first one to greet me at the candle and you had always been there for us even though you had been going thru the worst of nightmares. I hope Irina can appreciate everything that you had done for your future together, you had really set an example of persistency and love, and you deserve the best. I hope with all my heart that things will speed up for you now and that whoever handles your case from now on understand the urgency of making it up to you. :P

  4. I do want to be well informed of the whole process, and I still have a question concerning the sending of the case to GZ: once the NVC gives me a GZ# and the date the application was sent to GZ, how do i do about tracking the case with DHL? What information should I provide DHL to know the status and what's the site for DHL?

  5. Jon, I found out thru the USCIS website, it said that the notice had been sent on May 7th. I called my lawyer this morning and she said how uncertain is the process for each couple, as she sent a I-129F to Vermont on January and still had not been approved. Now I'm a bit confused about something, maybe one of our experts at the Candle can shed some light: do I need to provide the NVC with any other evidence before the case is sent to GZ? I've always thought that once the case is approved by Vermont and passes the NVC's screening, then it goes directly to GZ.
