Only 3 out of 45 applicants got visa yesterday.In Shenyang, it seems so difficult.My mom was really lucky to get the visa.She said she is so blessed. The questions were really simple: 1,when did your daughter go to US?Did she visit you since then?Give me her k1 visa copy. 2,Can I see your family pics?Do you have pic of your daughter when she was a baby? 3,What's your salary? 4,What's your son-in-laws name?Do you know his Chinese name? They didn't look at any 134 or tax return stuff.Was really simple. For parents in Shenyang,I would suggest you to use the agency across street from the ambassy.They are really good.They charge 10 RMB to type 156 and 157 for you. 15 RMB as commission to call the ambassy to schedule the interview for you.You can also pay the visa fee 830 RMB there also get your pictures done for just one trip.

Just wonder if anybody get a green card good for 10 years but supposed to get a 2 years one like me? When I got interview, the lady told me I would get a conditional green card good for 2 years and then have to renew in 2 years coz it has been only 11 months since I got married. Surprisingly, I got a green card good for 10 years within a week after interview. We don't know what to do. Please share your experience.Many thanks.

To everybody: I like my new life.I have a beautiful new life in Boston now which is what I told my relatives in China.Within the past 5 days,I did alot of things:first shopping and Quincy city tour by bus by myself,working with my fiancee at his company and meeting with his parents and friends.So far so good. What make me really happy and feel as at home is that I got everything I need in Kim Man chinese supermarket even you tiao(chinese toast) and salty vegetable(yu quan the brand I like alot).Our refrigerator is full of the same stuff as mine in China so I cook every day and my fiancee really enjoys the meals I cook:D. The only thing I am not happy is that everything in america so expensive except lobster and salmon fish:D.I hate tips the most. This is my 5 days feelings about my new life.Wish everybody has beautiful new life too.

hi Frank and Jerry,I am leaving tomorrow and will get in GZ in the afternoon.Will contact jingwen and zhengling:) I just found out that I need to sign my name on the passport.Ask your fiancee to check if they did.It's required by US ambassy but I got no problem when I went to Japan?anyway I just do it. Everything is all set.Happy and a bit nervous-ING:P

haha Congrdulations Jerry!!! After I got the good news 5 girls on 001 called and all got inerview!!! One girl didn't get a chance to call since it was already 4:00 pm when she saw my post and complianed that I didn't call earlier hehe.Actually I was very nervous before I called was so afraid that they would yell at me ask me to check your email.I just got their reply on Mon said still under processing. hope to see you guys in GZ

One more girl got p4 yesterday on 001. Her p3 was sent back to GZ on Dec 1st (not sure the date her p3 put into computer system).P4 delivered to her house Dec 31st. It's also unbelievable that she got p3 on Oct 30 and didn't send back untill GZ pushed her through Email. It's just simply unbeliveable. I called GZ on Wed and got same reply nothing for interview please wait for one or two moths.

A girl talked to GZ on the phone today and got to know her interview will be in Feb.Her p3 was Dec 13. I am looking for her to confirm her interview date.She didn't post the specific date on 001. Please share your p4 information here if you are also expecting an interview in Feb.I guess DOS and GZ are expecting phone calls bumping today and tomorrow lol..... good luck to everybody

hi, I think it's better for your friend's fiancee to take it to interview since some k1 girls were asked to show their fiancee's notarized single certificate. Well,eventho it doesn't make sense because BCIS supposed to have that I will still take it with me just in case. good luck francine & francine-gg
