I didn't give copies of W-2's. Only the IRS tax returns. I think that was sufficient b/c my case is at GUZ now.

Yes, that's right. I am my hubby's Agent of Choice and I got our 'P3' packet in October. There was a sheet in it Chinese in there as well. Asking for his name, address, and other info all in Chinese. So I guess we are an October P3.

There are not enough K3 time lines to really be strong on the data, although it seems to follow the same trend. All the data I use is pinpointed to when GZ enters the P3 into the computer after the P3 forms have been filled out and sent in by the beneficiary. Nooneufo~ If that is what you mean by P3 date, then my P3 date is 10/28/04. That is the date when it was in the GUZ computer. I am getting the feeling from your posts that the CR1 process may be a lot different from K1 and K3. This is how my P3 process went: Got P3 in the mail, since I am my hubby's choice of agent. I sent the completed paperwork back to NVC. From there it is put in NVC's computer which FEEDS into GUZ's computer system. However, the physical file is mailed visa DHL to GUZ afterwards... HTH

hehehe. But I am not K3 , I am CR1. Even though we filed the K3, the CR1 and K3 arrived at the same time...but GUZ called to tell us that the CR1 would be granted.

Thanks Mengxin- I guess there is a different procedure for CR1 than the rest. I send the DS-230 back in November. So I guess the interview is 6 months from that date? Also I spoke with a really nice VO yesterday from DOS and she said at GUZ it is about 3 months after background check is completed for interview date.

And what do you mean by "the rainbows are on backorder"?

Well, as you can see from my timeline "P3" means so many different things. And at this point I am not sure which date refers to "P3", so I just added more information about my P3. According to the DHL tracking system it was rec. at GUZ on 12/1 But it was electronically in the database a whole month earlier. (It took a month to physically arrive) When you say "p3 date" don't you mean the date that the NVC rec. it? Remember I am a CR1, and I think the process is a bit different for us, but let me know if you have any questions. HTH
