I guess you are right...I just hate the wait. Esp. when we got married before some people and filed before some others. GUZ says they do cases in the order they are rec. , but that is crap.

Do they not do background checks on k1s? It seems to me like k1s and K3s are getting a much better time? I'm so happy for everyone that has gotten their interview thus far, don't get me wrong. But I am curious as to why CR1s take so much longer (once at GUZ) than K1s and K3s..

Felix, It is a canned response and is used to make this process even more gruesome than it already is. Take it with a grain of salt and call DOS to see if it has been rec. yet. 1-202-663-1225 press 1 then press 0 to get a real person

THanks Hank...I really needed to hear that. This whole process has been such an emotional rollercoaster for us, and this latest news has really incensed me. But I will hang in there. Nothing left to do but be patient.

Nooneufo~ You analysis IS greatly appreciated. You are right. I have seen cases where the p4 to interview notice is very short. Hopefully that won't be us, but we have the entire month of March to go through. Shuang bao tai kai le!

Actually I decided to call a little bit earlier, around 8:38 a.m. I didn't know that they opened that early. Approx. wait time is 3 minutes. Not yet been scheduled. Weirdos.
