What is needed for this segment of the AOS? My wife did her medical in Shanghai and received only a small booklet of information regarding the examination. The rest of the forms were sealed and not touched at our interview in GZ. At the POE (O'Hare) the forms were all taken.

 

Do we have to do another medical exam again?

For K-Visas you do not need a full medical again, only the vaccination section done.

 

This is a VERY common topic.

DO NOT let a CS whack you for a full medical, be prepared when you visit on and have both I-485 and I-693 directions handy to point at the sections where it says K-Visas only need vaccination record done.

 

My Yu got vaccinated in China before coming to USA, cost was about $100, we then had the vaccination book transferred to the I-693 for $30 by a CS after I wacked him over the head with I-485 directions.
